These terms are the agreement between you and Murshisoft ("we", "us") for use of the Marivil app and service. By tapping "Agree and continue", or by using the service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
You register with a phone number you control, verified by a one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and number secure. Tell us at privacy@marivil.com if you believe your account has been taken over. You must be at least 13, or older where your local law requires it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and may remove content we are required to remove by law.
What you send stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to store, transmit and display your messages and media to the people you send them to. We claim no other rights over your content and do not use it to advertise to you.
The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. Message delivery depends on your network, your device and third-party push services, and can be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Marivil does not connect to emergency services. Do not rely on it to reach police, fire, ambulance or any other emergency responder.
The app is provided free of charge. Your mobile network's data charges are yours to pay.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations do not apply to you.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.
We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will update the version above and ask you to accept the revised terms in the app. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Murshisoft is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
